Online Booking

Please read all the appointment options carefully and follow all the instructions given below.

I will be on annual leave from the 7th to the 21st of September.

Any items needed before the 24th of September must be in before the 1st of August.

Only use the online booking system if you do not require your general alterations to be completed under 4-5 weeks from your fitting date (I am currently very busy at the moment)

For any special occasion wear which requires more than a hem please allow 6 weeks turnaround

The online calendar allows you to book fittings up to 6 weeks in advance.

(This means I recommend starting to look for available fitting dates 3-4months

before your events, to guarantee getting a fitting,

which allows appropriate turnaround time especially during peak bridal and Prom season)

There is a deposit of £10 required for most fitting appointments. This will be deducted off the cost of your alterations . This is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment under 48 hours before the appointment. (This is to reduce the number of late cancellations and no-shows.)

Any fitting where no alterations are required are a £10 charge for the fitting time.

My fitting and collection days are Thursday - Saturday.

Please take this into consideration when working out your timeframes.

If you need an out of hour appointments, these can be booked by calling me on 07766000491. There is an additional charge of £40 per hour for this services. Out of hour appointments are Monday-Wednesday

The below time frames needed for items being altered for special events allows for 1-2 weeks collection time after the alteration has been completed. If you are going on holiday between the date you drop off an item and your event please let me know on the booking form.

Bridal Alteration- This cannot be booked online, as I can only see so many brides per month. Please contact with details of your dress and what needs doing and I can send you a link for booking in. I start most bridal alterations 12 weeks before your wedding date.
Bespoke Consultations- This also cannot be booked online, as I only make a limited number of outfits per month. Please email me with the details of what you are looking for and some pictures and I will get back to you.

Bridesmaid dresses we need to see a minimum of 6-8 weeks before, please book from one of the bridesmaids appointments options.
Suit jacket alterations - minimum 6 weeks before the event.
Prom and evening wear garments 8 weeks before the events. As May-September is peak season. We stop taking in prom at the end of April. Please call if you need an appointment out side of this guide line.

10mins- If you are just dropping an item off without a fitting
15mins -one item such as trousers, suit trousers, tops or jeans (casual wear only)
20mins - one item such day dresses or simple Occasion dresses/ two pairs of trousers/ casual jackets and coats etc need fitting
30mins- 2-5 items that need fitting or one complex item such as evening dresses with multiple layers or mother of bride/groom.
45mins- 3 suits can be fitted in this time or 3-5 outfits
60mins- for groups of 4- 5 groomsmen suits can be fitted in this time or 5-8 outfits.

Bridesmaids please choose from one of the bridesmaid appointments based on the number of maids coming to the fittings
Prom dresses- choose from complex or standard. If your dress is beaded has multiple layers or needs more than 2 types of alteration please select complex Prom 30 mins Standard prom 20 mins is for plain dresses, or dresses that only require a hem.

Hats and Fascinators - minimum of 9 weeks before event for bespoke. You can't book this online please email with details of what you are looking for.
